VocaBoost - GRE Vocabulary Highlighter
VocaBoost is a free Chrome extension designed to help users enhance their GRE vocabulary. Developed by Chen Wei (Jimmy) Huang, this add-on highlights approximately 1500 of the most common GRE exam words on every web page visited. With support for 6+ languages, users can easily identify and familiarize themselves with key vocabulary.
The extension works by highlighting all GRE words found on webpages. When a user clicks on a highlighted word, a popup window appears, providing definitions, examples, and a link to an online dictionary. Additionally, users can listen to the pronunciation of the word by clicking on the speaker icon.
To conveniently save all collected words, users can log in with their Google or Microsoft account. VocaBoost offers a user-friendly and efficient way to enhance GRE vocabulary while browsing the web.
